Pre-paid funeral plans are a way of providing both financial and practical help for your loved ones in the future. A funeral plan is a way of ensuring that you receive the funeral that you would want and that any special requirements you may have can be included within the plan.
Our funeral plans are provided by Ecclesiastical Planning Services and designed specifically to suit the needs of our clients. All funds are held in guaranteed whole of life assurance policies with a life assurance company that is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority ( PRA ) and regulated by the PRA & the Financial Conduct authority ( FCA ). Funeral plans themselves are not regulated by the PRA or FCA but our plan provider is registered with the Funeral Planning Authority.
For more details please either call into our office or contact us and we will send you an information pack for you to decide whether a plan would be suitable for your needs
It is now possible to pre-arrange a funeral, this involves you completing a form ( see attached ) which records your funeral wishes, this can then be returned to us which we will keep on file until needed. With this option payment is not made in advance of the funeral. We recommend that you take a copy of your pre-arrangement form and keep this with your personal papers and inform your executor or next-of-kin. Instructions can be amended by you at any time.
Pre-arrangement is an option particularly suitable for those whose funeral expenses will be met for life assurance policies or from the sale of assets from there estate as it is designed to let you make a record of your wishes but without the financial commitment of a funeral plan.
Terms and conditions apply to Funeral Plans – Please ask for details.
